Payment:

Payment is taken via Paypal, you do not need to sign up for a paypal account to buy goods from this site.

All prices shown on this site are in pounds sterling. We are a small company and therefore do not charge VAT.

Availability:

If an item ordered is not in stock it will automatically be place on back order, you will be informed of this by email. You will then have the option to wait for the original item to be delivered, choose another item of the same value from the site or cancel you order.

Delivery:

Orders will be despatched within two working days of receiving the order. Items will be sent via Royal Mail first class post. If you need your items next day please call us and we will see what we can do.

Returns:

Is there is a fault with any items orders please inform within three working days. We will replace the item free of charge or offer a complete refund.
If you wish to return your order and there is no fault with the ordered items, you must inform us within 28 days of receiving the order. We will then issue you with a returns number, goods must be returned to us as you received them, unused and in the same packing. You will have to pay the postage and packing when returning the order.

Cancellation:

You are able to cancel an order but please note that for items in stock we aim to ship same day. Once an item has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, you would have to go through the returns procedure shown above.
